This Privacy Policy describes how BOLDR Nordic AB collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use the BOLDR. app, including our fitness tracking features, data synchronization services, or when you communicate with us regarding the application.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our fitness tracking features, or contact us for support.

• Communication preferences for workout reminders and insights
Fitness and Health Data
• Workout sessions and exercise data
• Device sensor data (via Bluetooth connected devices)
• Physical metrics you choose to share
• Training goals and preferences
Device Information
• Bluetooth device connections and data
• Device identifiers and technical information
• Crash reports (collected automatically to ensure app stability and fix bugs)
• Usage analytics (collected only with your consent to improve features)
Location Information
• Approximate location access required for Bluetooth device discovery
• We do not track, store, or share your location data
• Location permission is used solely to scan for nearby fitness devices

Crash Reporting (Always Active)

Crash reports include device model, operating system version, app version, and anonymous technical logs. No personal or fitness data is included in crash reports.
Usage Analytics (Optional)
We collect usage analytics only with your explicit consent to understand how you use the app and improve features (screen views, feature usage, and interactions). You can enable or disable analytics at any time in Settings > Privacy & Data. Analytics is disabled by default for new users.
No Tracking Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or similar technologies in our mobile application.

Under GDPR, we process your data based on the following legal grounds:

• Crash reports: 90 days for debugging purposes
• Analytics data: Until you withdraw consent or delete your account
