BOLDR – 2 YEAR WARRANTY

1. Warranty Period

We provide a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for normal home use.

2. Scope of Warranty

The warranty covers functional defects in the product’s hardware arising from use in accordance with the user manual and within specified specifications.

In the event of an approved warranty claim, we will repair or replace the product with a new or equivalent unit. The choice of remedy is at our discretion.

The warranty is valid provided that the product is used, charged, stored, and maintained in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.

3. Use

The warranty applies to private use in a household environment. For light commercial use (e.g., businesses, housing associations, associations, studio operations, or rental use), a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase applies.

4. Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Commercial or professional use beyond what is stated above.
  • Damage caused by improper use, overloading, or external impact.
  • Liquid damage or failure to clean the product after use.
  • Damage caused by improper cable handling, abrasion against surfaces, or abnormal load on the cable.
  • Storage, use, or charging at temperatures outside the limits specified in the user manual, including use or charging in sub-zero temperatures.
  • Modification of or tampering with the product.
  • Gradual battery capacity reduction.
  • Normal wear and tear.

5. Software

The warranty covers the product’s hardware. Any software, Bluetooth functionality, or related application is not guaranteed to operate uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Right of Complaint

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Sales Act.

7. Warranty Claim

If you have questions regarding the warranty or need to submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@boldr.se and include a brief description of the defect together with proof of purchase.

If necessary, we may request photos or video showing the defect.

Please note: In the event of an approved warranty or complaint claim, we will cover the return shipping costs.
