Shipping policy

We currently offer standard delivery only. Shipping costs are based on your location and order value:

  • Orders over 1000 SEK / 650 DKK / €90 include free shipping.
  • For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Regions & Providers

We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, and Finland using a range of trusted carriers, including DHL, PostNord, Bring, UPS, and FedEx.

Processing (Handling) & Transit Times

All orders are packed and dispatched directly from our Swedish warehouse. We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (Handling Time), though we aim to ship the next working day whenever possible.

Estimated Transit Times:

Sweden 1-2 business days
Denmark 1-2 business days
Finland 3-5 business days

Tracking & Shipment Details

All orders include tracking, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders are normally shipped in a single parcel. However, in some cases, items may be shipped separately; if this occurs, you will be notified in advance.

Delivery Issues & Uncollected Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@boldr.se. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and await their conclusion before taking further action.

Please note: If a shipment is returned to us due to a failed delivery or not being collected in time, the customer will be charged the return shipping cost.
