Terms of service

Section 1 – General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service for legitimate reasons, in accordance with applicable law.

Section 2 – Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display of colors or images will be fully accurate. All product descriptions, specifications, availability information, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or product variants at any time.

Section 3 – Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include value added tax (VAT) at the applicable rate, unless otherwise clearly stated. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors in accordance with applicable law.

Section 4 – Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you, or a third party designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Section 5 – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at support@boldr.se with a clear statement of your decision.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 30 days from receipt of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned.

Please note: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods and are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Section 6 – Legal Guarantee

Consumers are entitled to statutory rights in respect of defective goods in accordance with applicable consumer sales legislation. Specifically, under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have a statutory right to complain about defects in a product for up to three years from the date of delivery.

Section 7 – Manufacturer Warranty

BOLDR provides a 2-year warranty in addition to statutory rights.

Section 8 – Personal Information

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 9 – Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or its content for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

Section 10 – Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law. Subject to such law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

Section 11 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes may be referred to the competent national consumer dispute resolution body. We follow applicable recommendations.

Section 12 – Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Changes apply from the time they are published on our website.
