How to Initiate a Return

Contact support@boldr.se to request a return authorization. Please always include your order number and specify which product it concerns.

• • We will email you a prepaid return shipping label for you to print and attach to the package.
• • Drop off the package at your nearest postal access point / parcel shop.

Please note: Returns sent through other methods or without prior contact with our support cannot be processed.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, all conditions below must be met:

• • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• • All contents of the package must be included.
• • The product must be in its original condition, without damage, alterations, or visible signs of use.

Return Shipping Costs

We apply a fixed return shipping cost based on the product's weight and the country you are returning from. The return fee is regulated in the local currency and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.

(The prices in the table are fixed and are not affected by daily currency fluctuations).

Refunds

The refund will be processed within 3 working days from the time we have received and approved your return. It will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please note: The fixed return shipping cost according to the table above is automatically deducted from the refunded amount. Original shipping costs associated with the purchase are non-refundable.
